Every commercial move begins with a comprehensive site survey and project plan. Our commercial move coordinator visits both your current and future locations to assess logistics, identify challenges, and develop a detailed timeline. We create floor plans showing exactly where every piece of furniture and equipment will be placed, so setup at the new location is fast and accurate.
We coordinate with building management at both locations to secure elevator reservations, loading dock access, and parking permits. We identify any items requiring special handling — server racks, safes, medical equipment, or industrial machinery — and arrange appropriate equipment and personnel in advance.
Modern businesses run on technology, and moving IT infrastructure requires specialized knowledge. Our team handles the disconnection, packing, transport, and reconnection of computers, servers, networking equipment, phone systems, and AV equipment. We work with your IT team or managed service provider to ensure proper labeling, cable management, and system verification at the new site.
For businesses with critical uptime requirements, we offer phased moves that keep core systems operational throughout the transition. We can move departments in stages, ensuring that at least part of your team is always productive while the relocation is underway.
We know that business hours are for business. That's why we offer after-hours, overnight, and weekend moving services at no additional premium. Many of our commercial clients prefer to have their move executed over a weekend — closing on Friday at the old location and opening Monday at the new one. Our crews are experienced in working through the night to meet tight deadlines.
