Once you confirm your move, we assign a dedicated move coordinator who becomes your single point of contact. They create a detailed move plan, schedule your crew and truck, and coordinate all logistics. You'll receive a preparation checklist and timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
On packing day (or moving day for smaller moves), our uniformed crew arrives with all necessary materials. Every item is carefully wrapped, padded, and boxed using industry-best techniques. Furniture is blanket-wrapped, fragile items receive special attention, and everything is labeled with contents and destination room.
Your belongings are loaded onto a dedicated truck — your items never share space with another customer's shipment. Our crew uses professional loading techniques to maximize protection during transit. Once loaded, your shipment travels directly to your destination with GPS tracking available throughout the journey.
Upon arrival at your new home, our crew carefully unloads and places every item exactly where you want it. Furniture is reassembled, boxes are placed in their designated rooms, and we verify the condition of every item against our inventory. We don't leave until you're completely satisfied with the placement.
Our relationship doesn't end at delivery. Within 48 hours, your move coordinator follows up to ensure everything is in order. If any issues arise — a missing box, a furniture adjustment, or a damage claim — we handle it promptly and professionally. Your satisfaction is our reputation.
